MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace expressed sadness on Tuesday for the Trump administration, expelling the claim of gang members De Aragua in El Salvador.
During a recent Podcast episode “The Bulwark”, Wallace cited the expulsion as the most feared for President Donald Trump’s second term, saying it was “Gutted” when he saw a photo of suspected gang members who had been put in a prison in El Salvador.
“I saw the paid advertising that the homeland insurance was making money to the internees who were now in prison at Cecot [Terrorism Confinement Center] And I was guts, “she told my host Miller.
President Trump called the act of alien enemies in March to accelerate the expulsion of suspected members of the Tren de Aragua gang, calling out the anger from critics who have said there is no insufficient evidence to determine their links to the gang.
The Department of Internal Security has protected the expulsion, with the spokesman for Tricia McLaughlin saying that migrants sent to Cecot to El Salvador are “actually terrorists, human rights abusers, gangsters and more” and that the administration is adhering to the right process.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said in March, “I trust our intelligence agencies and individuals of intelligence within the Department of Internal Security, that individuals who are there are members and part of this organization and have worked with them.”
The expulsion approach has faced legal challenges.
The US Supreme Court banned the Trump administration from expelling migrants without giving them a chance to challenge their designations as members of the criminal gang in April, and extended that order in May.
During the interview, Wallace denied there was any evidence if the people Trump had tried to expel were gang members.
“I remember the first day I read about the deportations in El Salvador of alleged Tren de Aragua members – for whom no evidence was presented for them to have any connection to the train de Aragua,” she said. “And I remember saying – like” like “I wish I wouldn’t feel so courageous. And I wish I could stop thinking about these scared people in El Salvador.â” “
After mentioning the terrible feeling of seeing the photos DHS posted by suspected gang members being held in Cecot, the MSNBC host accused the administration of abuse of human beings.
“And I think I’m sometimes scared of how anxiety I feel how they are treating human beings. But I think if you abandon anxiety, then you do terrible things against human beings,” Wallace said, “I’m afraid of as much bothering me” that so many people are suffering. “
When asked about comment, spokesman [Trump Derangement Syndrome] Whack’s work would be “strong” that illegal criminal terrorists are leaving the country, but will not mention American victims of these serious criminals. “
