Washington – A federal judge on Monday dismissed the Associated Press request for a temporary restriction order requiring the White House to restore the news of the news to President Trump – giving his administration an initial victory in the legal war.
Judge Trevor McFadden mentioned the fact that AP received more than a week to file a lawsuit as evidence that there was no “serious situation” or “irreparable damage” caused by reception for a trial, according to reporters in the courtroom.

The pool is collected through historical protection from the White House correspondent association, an organization that includes exits covering the White House.
The exclusion of AP has widely disturbed media concerned about the historical precedent.
Trump said last week that he personally approved the exclusion.
“We will keep them by the time they agree that it is the bosom of America,” Trump said at a press conference at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Fla.
Trump’s White House has argued that steps have been taken to increase freedom of the press, despite the AP war.
Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt, who has been appointed to the lawsuit, began its mandate by pledge to restore 400 pressing targets that the Biden administration revoked under a policy created to control independent journalists.
It also launched a new place of the 50’s Information Chamber, which would be occupied by a rotary caste of social media influencers and journalists without a permanent place in the room.
Other administrations have restricted access to the White House in the past.
